Michael Hegarty

Michael is from Derry, Northern Ireland and graduated with an MChem in chemistry from the University of Oxford in 2013. After working for several years as a journalist in London, Michael studied philosophy at Leiden University, graduating with an MA in History and Philosophy of Science in 2018. He is interested primarily in philosophy of mind, and questions at the interface of mind, epistemology, perception, metaphysics and cognitive science. Michael has been a PhD student at UConn since 2018.
