BIOGRAPHICAL STATEMENT:
Marcos Alcázar Estrella is a first-generation Philosophy Ph.D. student at the University of Connecticut. Originally from Andalusia (Spain), Marcos received his BA in Philosophy and his BA in Political Sciences from Complutense University of Madrid. Upon graduation, he worked as a Foreign Language Teaching Assistant in the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures at Wesleyan University (Connecticut). He recently graduated from the University of Barcelona with an MA in Cognitive Science and Language (Philosophy Track). His research interests lie at the intersection between philosophy and cognitive science.
